The Yellowbar angelfish immediately attracts attention with its unusual body shape for fish, which is square.
His square body usually has a blue base color with wave-like striped patterns in a darker shade of blue, which either adorn only the head or his entire body. It has a yellow spot on its flanks, which can occur with uncleaned ends in all sizes and shapes depending on the individual.
His mouth is pointed and drawn downwards, his eyes are strikingly prominent and bright white.
Its anal fin is usually light blue to white, while its dorsal and caudal fins are dark blue in color. In some individuals, the dorsal fin is so pointed and long backward that it almost looks like an antenna.
Predatory fish
The Arabian angelfish is neither dangerous nor venomous.

1. Dorsal fin with single, long fin ray
2. Yellow spot
3. Pointed snout
When it comes to its habitat, the Yellowbar angelfish is not picky; from coral reefs in crystal-clear water to cloudy bays, it can feel at home anywhere.
He usually wanders around one by one, in pairs is the height of his dreams.
He likes to chew on sponges, algae, and leather corals.
This underwater emperor is also easy to watch as a diver because he is not shy at all.
