The leopard-spotted goby, which owes its name to its pattern, is a lover of the dark.

It is oblong and roller-shaped, with the characteristic thick lips of a goby.
Its base color is light gray decorated with dark brown spots.
The dorsal fins and caudal fins have slight cheeks, all others are transparent.

The Leopard-spottedd goby is neither dangerous nor venomous.

The best way to find this tiny fella is during a night dive or in dark places.
His home is in crevices, caves, or under overhangs.
Sometimes they can also be found in deep pools in tidal areas and estuaries.
Their menu includes crabs, worms, snails, and algae.
The females can lay up to 12,000 eggs at once.
