But that is exactly why the waters here are rich in impressive, corpulent fish: Groupers (Epinephelidae) and Barracudas (Sphyraena) swim in schools of thousands, just like the Dentex (Dentex dentex), Sea Breams (Sparus aurata) and tunas (Thunnus).

The seabed here is densely covered with red gorgonians, and in between crawl Nudibranchs (Nudibranchia) and nibble on the sponges.
