The dive site appears like a broken peninsula tip, as the walls of the gorge drop down to 50 m.
Through a slope covered with beautiful seagrass meadows, the dive leads to the gorge, whose walls are covered with gorgonians and other corals.
Once in the canyon, you get (almost) everything the Adriatic heart desires. The rich underwater flora and fauna provide moray eels, conger eels & co. an ideal habitat – not least due to the nutrient-rich water that is drawn through the wedge-shaped gorge by occasional currents.
Large schools of fish, e.g.: barracudas, are also not uncommon here. Be careful, sometimes the current can become quite strong here.
The bottom of the canyon is relatively narrow and deep, making it particularly exciting for technical diving.
