Special Features
If you plan a dive on the northern side of the island of Kaprije, it is advisable to wait for dusk and explore this dive site as a night dive.
The numerous feather stars and cylinder roses are incredibly beautiful to observe.
The overhangs are covered with magnificent yellow and white gorgonians, surrounded by sponges of all colors.
In the rock crevices that run through the entire rock formation, octopuses, wrasses and sometimes also sea breams hang around.
The steep rock reef extends to about 15m, after which the wall drops freely to 30m and is adorned with cave-like overhangs and several reef steps.
Beware of ferry traffic on the northwestern side of the island.
