Punta Galera

A truly versatile dive site – on one hand, it is perfect for beginners, on the other hand, it takes advanced divers down to 40 m depth. 

The rocky seabed forms a kind of wide belt towards the open sea, which becomes thinner. The complex rock formations are mostly made of volcanic rock. 

The dive begins at 3 m, from where you can follow several routes.

Floating between large rocks and through arches, along a vertical wall, or over Neptune grass (Posidonia) – this dive really has it all! 

The steep wall is densely covered with all kinds of algae, interspersed with the occasional coral showcasing its bright orange color.

In the seagrass meadows, the Seranus scriba find their favorite habitat and scurry around at all times of the day.

Along the rocks, large barracudas mingle among the snapper schools.
